Mold spores are everywhere indoors and outdoors. (Spores are like seeds that mold grows from) Mold needs a damp or humid setting and food for growth.55% humidity or above is enough for mold spores to grow. Standing water and leaks will also do the job .Good food sources for mold to grow on include ceiling tiles, wood products, dust, paint, wallpaper, insulation, drywall, carpet, fabric, upholstery, just to name a few! If you have a food source (as all home do) and damp enough conditions mold spores will inevitably find their way into your home and you will have mold growth.
All homes are made of, and furnished with, products that Mold is capable of growing on. The only true way to prevent mold growth is to keep a low humidity level in the home. This includes standing and/or leaking water. If your home or dwelling is equipped with an HVAC system it should be maintained to keep a low humidity level. Absolutely well under 55%.Dehumidifiers maybe used to keep humidity levels well under 55%.
Mold professionals are abundant. As in any profession some will do their best and others are lazy. One thing is for sure, they are all expensive! Unfortunately, if mold seems to be noticeably consuming your entire building (or a portion of it) you may need to seek the help of a mold remediation professional that can pull your walls apart (or other such necessities) to eradicate the mold. If you feel this is the case or if you want to educate yourself in this field, I have left a link here to a website offering free material on becoming a mold remediation professional.

Complex proteins are used to naturally eat mold and mold spores. Mold spores are made heavy and fall out of the air where they can no longer be harmful to the innocent bystander inhaling them. Due to the droplets formed by the fogger machine, the liquid product containing the mold eating complex proteins is capable of penetrating most walls and furniture enough to consume the mold. *This product has a pleasant but strong scent that will slowly dissipate over a couple of weeks.
